I was accepted into UMass Amherst and I read on other discussions that people recieved their financial aid awards at the bottom of their acceptance letter, but I didn’t have a financial aid section on my acceptance page. Does anyone know why it hasn’t shown up or if I’m looking in the wrong place or something? Thanks

Four years ago that was true for us. Are you in-state?
A merit aid award notification would be included with your acceptance. Other financial aid would come later on in the spring.
was your social security # on ur common app? because i know if you don’t put that they have trouble sending ur financial aid
I’m out of state and I did put my SSN on my common app.
Would they let me know if I didn’t qualify for any financial aid award?
Pretty sure that when you get your admissions deicision only merit aid is included. Then in the spring they release FAFSA info
Can you ask for more aid from UMASS?
