<p>In fact, UMDCP makes the list of top 25. Unflattering area? Ok, I’ll give you a partial on that one. The fact is that a lot of students stay on campus, which is actually quite beautiful. There are some areas outside of campus that currently aren’t attractive, but there are plans to change a lot </p>

<p>I saw the sketches of what they are planning to do and believe me, it’s going to be amazing. </p>
<p>As for GW, it’s a terrific school, no question. However, like UMD, GW is great when you stay on campus, but if you go off campus, you can also find yourself in an “unflattering area” of DC. So, that’s a pretty shoddy argument for choosing GW over UMD.</p>
