As for my understanding it is for everyone. They consider it as withdrawn so we will be able to reapply for Fall

They usually have spaces, thats why many universities accept people only for Fall

I’m already at a 4 year university and as a junior it’s not possible for me to transfer anymore. You have to take 45 credits at UM to receive a degree so I’d have to take classes into my 5th year lol…
Maybe , I’m not sure, scared to wait and they do the same thing again
