I couldn’t find a thread for Spring 2022 transfers so I thought I’d start one. Just submitted my application a few days ago, anyone know when/how long we get our decisions in?

Hey! I am an applicant too. They will come out in waves starting in mid-November but they are usually really slow so if I were you I would not expect an answer before December. I submitted mine in late August. Good Luck!

What year is everyone applying for? I’m a junior applying for my second semester. I’m not sure if it’s more or less competitive the later you apply.
By later I mean later in which grade you’re in/applying for. Not what day you sent in your application.
Does anybody know what UMiami expects transcript wise from somebody applying as a freshman from another university? There is no GPA or transcript yet, it’s within weeks of starting somewhere else.

Yes, for transfers. They are not asking for the HS GPA in the CommonApp transfer portal.
you think its gonna take them so long? Nothing before thanksgiving?
Same here, I called and they told me to send blank transcripts, so I did

So when I look at CaneLink on my computer there’s the ALEKS math placement exam and when I log into my account on there it says I have a pending exam for “New incoming students Fall 2021-Spring 2022”. Can everyone see this? I’m not sure if it means anything and if all applicants are able to access it. I only applied like 2 weeks ago so I don’t even know if it’s been reviewed yet.
