Your GPA is a little bit below admission average while your SAT is above average but within the mid 50. your course rigor is fine. For OOS applying to LSA, it would be a low reach. Note that the OOS admission rate is around 20%.
I’d say you have a decent chance, based on the information I can see here. Your ECs and AP exams would seem to be the main weaknesses. Low reach/High match.
1/3 of your ECs consist of honor societies, so there’s a dearth of diversity there, but it’s not terrible.
However, your chances could change if the AP scores are as bad as you say. Now, if the courses are listed on your transcript but you don’t send scores, colleges will assume that you got a 2 or even a 1. So, unless you’ve actually gotten a 1 (in which case they can assume the worst and it won’t be lower than your score), I’d send your scores. Sending a 3 is better than the college assuming a 1 or a 2. Sending a 2 is arguably better than the college thinking you got a 1 or a 2, but not knowing for sure which it was.
^ You don’t send AP scores for college application. You only send AP scores when you are matriculated. A poor AP score but good grade at school may suggest grade inflation that would further lower the value of the mediocre GPA. On the other hand, you do need to improve the CR score which is now at the 25th percentile.
