My son went to Tech and had no problems with safety. I wouldn’t go to Michigan because it doesn’t have a city life. London or Atlanta would be my choice. Tech went to the Orange Bowl when my son was there and basketball is also huge. I think both Michigan and Tech will give you the same type of sports experience, BIG.
London would be an amazing experience but the cost of living would likely bring your costs to around $60K? Same as Michigan and somewhat less at Tech.) Imperial is a 3 or 4 year course for CS? One year less cost make London cost more bearable, I’d think? Imperial is fabulous and close to Cambridge/Oxford rankings.
