Unable to click the submit button for some of my CSU applications

I’ve made applications for:

Long Beach: Business Administration - Accounting

Fullerton: Business Administration - Accounting

Northridge: Accountancy - Professional Accountancy

San Diego: Business Administration - Accounting

San Jose Undergraduate: Business Administration - Accounting
Alternate Program: Business Administration - Corporate Accounting and Finance

Cal Poly Undergraduate: Business Administration

For some reason, the submit button for Fullerton, Northridge, and Cal Poly are all greyred out. Why is this the case?

@Heeeelp Can you tell me how you solved this? My daughter was considering trying to transfer from cc to Chico State. Their site says they have extended the deadline to 12/15/2018, but when she went to apply, it was greyed out.
