Everytime I try to pay the fee it just shows that the order was declined. I tried using various cards and they work since I just used them a few hours ago.
Make sure u are clicking accept the terms of service box. I forgot it bunch of times. Make sure u didn’t miss any info on the payment page.
there is no accept terms of service box with payment details. My app was validated.
