UNC Chapel Hill vs USC vs UCLA vs Cal

Hi, so I was lucky enough to get accepted into these four great universities. I applied for neuroscience and am a premed. I am very conflicted as I was leaning towards UCLA at first, but after hearing about grade deflation at the UCs I am worried about the harsh competition.

Which one of these schools would provide the best opportunity to get research, maintain a high GPA and med related ECs and internships?

Is premed at UNC Chapel Hill better because of the great med school on campus and less grade deflation?

Which one of these universities would give me the best shot at getting into med school?

The cost of attending the university is not a factor as they are all around the same for me.

Any help would be appreciated!

Commenting so I can refer to this later.

Have you talked to advisors in the pre med program at all 4? Keep in mind that many med schools are now looking at classically educated liberal arts programs for their admits. We took our daughter to Sewanee (liberal arts school) where they have a 90% admit rate to medical school. UNC Asheville has the highest admit rate to medical school of the UNC system and it is their liberal arts only school. I’m not saying UNC is your school, I’m just saying this is something to consider no matter what school you choose imho.
