UNC vs Columbia graduate school for satistics Masters

recently, i got admitted from Columbia univ. and UNC graduate school. I need some your opinions for which school more fits to me.

some points I am now seriously considering

1.tuition: colum: 40000 per/year UNC:20000 per/year (I have to study for 2 years)
2. environment: NY: dynimic NC: calm and quiet
3. alumni connection: colum>>> UNC (right?)
4. school fame: columbia >> UNC
5. statistics department : UNC>> colum (right?)
6. living cost: NY>>>>NC

I wonder if there is a good opportunity to get RA or other position during school life.
I do not have enough money for 2 years so I have to take any position in school.
with all these considerations, which school do you like to perfer if you were me?

help me

Go to UNC, the extra money is not worth it. The education you will get at Columbia is not worth the extra $40,000 + the extra cost of living. Try to get a TA fellowship.
