i want to get a JD/MBA from a joint program and look to become an entertainment agent after grad school...now, during undergrad school, would interning or having a job at a talent agency be acceptable as business experience to get into a top business school and law school..
?

While most b-school applicants have work experience, it is more common for law students to go straight out of undergrad. So if you don't want to work first, I would apply to law school first, and if you get in, apply to business school during your first year of law school.

If you want to be an agent, then you're probably going to have to look at UCLA or USC just for location purposes.

Generally, when applying to MBA programs, even after completing your first year of law school, you are evaluated on exactly the same criteria as the rest of the applicants to the MBA program -- meaning that there is a significant chance that without post-college full time work experience, you don't stand a chance of admission.
