<p>My daughter (H.S. senior and very likely Wake applicant) has been very involved in her school's Mock Trial team for the last 3 years. She wants to continue Mock Trial in college, and the WFU website indicates that there is a Mock Trial team, but provides no information about it or individuals to contact (coach or members). Last Spring (after our first Wake visit), my daughter emailed the Admissions Office asking about the Mock Trial team, and never received a reply. During her interview last week (our second visit), she asked the Admissions interviewer about Mock Trial and was told Wake doesn't have a team!! She didn't push the issue at that time, but REALLY wants to know if a team exists, and how active it is. Please help by providing us with any info. you may have about Mock Trial at Wake (or not!). A name (preferably not in the Admissions office, since that has been a bust) would be icing on the cake. Many thanks.</p>

<p>This calendar reference to an undergraduate mock trial tournament last January was the only thing I found. There is a contact person on there - maybe try her. I’ll be on campus soon and will ask my son if he has heard anything about it. They will have an activity fair next week or so.</p>
<p>Thanks for the reply, rockvillemom. Any additional info that you or your son can provide would be very appreciated. Keeping our fingers crossed that there is an active (undergrad) Mock Trial team - WFU is a super fit for my D in every other way.</p>
<p>Hi - just came back from Wake - did ask son and he is sure there is an undergraduate mock trial team - although he does not know much about it. They are holding an activity fair on August 31st and I have asked him to look for it if he attends - I’m assuming he will attend - but not sure.</p>
<p>rockvillemom- is Wake as pretty as ever? Are the crepe myrtles in glorious bloom? I miss making that trip!</p>
<p>Campus looked great - I always admire the flowers and landscaping at the main entrance. They have done more landscaping on the quad - little seating areas in front of Benson - very attractive.</p>
<p>It’s the hydrangeas that I miss.</p>
