<p>I realize that. What I’m wondering is why. Yes it says schools with and without graduate programs, but why exactly are undergraduate programs separated like this? It doesn’t make much sense to me honestly.</p>
<p>Just my thought: some undergraduate courses are instructed by graduate students at the school. Beside that, I guess they want to be fair enough to both categories?</p>
<p>But then what about Cooper Union? It has graduate program.
They both fit into the one cat: the highest degree granted is master</p>
