<p>Has anyone else applied to UB under the educational opportunity program ? And if you did how is the process going (or went) for you ? I'm kind of having trouble with finishing my application because it seems like every time I think I'm done with the whole process they send me a email or card saying my application is not complete. This time they want a signed statement from my mom saying she doesn't file for taxes, which I feel they should have asked for when they sent the total family income form.</p>

<p>If they don’t file taxes, you have to send in a nonfiler’s statement i think. Thats how most other school ask when your parents dont file taxes. My just academically overqualified for eop. Goodluck. I got into the school through regular admissions.</p>
<p>You should call in and ask them what to do since theres no tax forms to send in.</p>
