<p>I am an international student and have been waitlisted at UMich.
June 1st is coming up; is UMich's deadline for waitlists admission decision June 1st as well?
Has anyone heard anything from UMich?</p>

<p>I emailed them and they said “All students who have accepted our waitlist offer will receive an additional letter by late June which specifies whether space remains in our class.” So the answer is no, they’ll only let us know if there’s room by late June. When did people know if they got off the waitlist last year?</p>
<p>Ah I just used search, the latest people heard last year was July 2…many rejections. :[</p>
<p>No one is getting in off of the waitlist this year.</p>

<p>They are taking people off the waitlist this year. Well, for my department (Theatre), I got taken off the waitlist yesterday. So keep crossing your fingers, because a decision will come soon! (:</p>

<p>I got in off the waitlist, but im having trouble deciding if I should go to U mich or University of Maryland. I want to go to u mich because i was accepted to LSA, but money is the issue. I never thought i would get in off the waitlist so i didnt even send in my CSS profile. What should i do>?</p>

but in the email, it said “We are also pleased to tell you that youve been given a special invitation to be a part of the Comprehensive Studies Program”.
Does anyone know what’s this?
Does it mean the prerequisite of my acception is to go to this program?

<p>hiyan- im not 100% sure, but a couple of my friends got this…and they have to take a class or two in the summer term which starts in july. then afterwards they go into fall term like every other student.</p>

<p>K guys, extended waitlist has been concluded. I did not get in. If you have not heard from Uni of Michigan as yet,
its probably bad news.</p>
