yes, the Presidential is awarded to Int’ls as long as they apply soon, get all their transcripts sent, scores sent, etc.
You also get the 2500 per year eng’g award
Processing int’l apps can take LONGER, so I always tell folks to apply early and get your “stuff” sent ASAP!!
I don’t know anything about Materials Engg. My son was a Chem Engg major, so that’s what I’m most familiar with.
Bama has first class facilities, especially with the new Eng’g complex.
They only have metallurgical engineering for undergrad.
