University of California schools

I am a high school junior and need to start preparing colleges I want to apply to for next year. I really want to enter medical school so I'm going to take pre-med as an undergrad. I live in California and do not want to leave the state. I want to go to one of the UC schools but am not sure what my chances are of getting in at this point. My freshman year grades of high school pretty much killed me and I'm worried about getting accepted now. I want to apply to UCSD, UCD, UDI, UCSB and UCSC and possibly UCR. Are any of these schools possible? I'm pretty sure I'll get into UCSC and UCR but really worried about the other schools.
I have (so far) a 3.55 high school GPA and currently in my 2nd semester of junior year have a 4.5. My grades have really progressed over my high school years and I was wondering if that would help me any? I was also wondering if UC schools really look at your freshman year grades. I got a 1540 on my SAT the first time I took it and plan on taking it a second time and receiving a high score. By time I finish high school I should have taken at least 7 AP/honors courses. I will be captain of the tennis team next year and possibly president of a very large organization next year. And by time I apply I should have 200 volunteer hours at Ronald Regan UCLA hospital.
