I applied on Oct. 31, and got an email on Nov. 21 saying all neccesary paperwork was submitted and that my application was now ready to review.
Any ideas on when to expect a decision by??

@Elly710, when you log into the portal, do you still see your major listed there? It seems the pattern is that first the major disappears in the portal, and then the good news comes in the following Friday. So far Delaware seems to be in a pattern of releasing decisions every Friday at 8pm. Good luck!
