<p>I’d say you have the best chance at umd or psu but you have a shot at all of them. search in google for the penn state bubble chart. you should fall in the blue section, which is likely admission</p>
<p>Thanks alot for the input. But I actually thought UC Davis might be a really good chance because my Freshmen grades are an outlier low, as in dragging my whole GPA down pretty badly. And I heard UC’s dont look at freshmen grades?</p>
