^I applied on October 31, I think, was deferred, and still haven’t gotten my decision.

I believe my application was finished by January 14th.

Dec. 3rd here.

D applied September 9th for EA. Was deferred. Still waiting to hear from COE. Sigh…

I was deferred from LSA, still waiting. Stiiiillllll waaaiiitttiiinnnggg :(

applied on Feb 1. called and talked to my regional rep. she said my decision won’t be out until mid-April. since i already got accepted else where, it is no longer an issue for me.

November 14th for EA, got deffered, now just waiting waiting waiting :-(

@myboby123

I’ve got a feeling I’m in the same boat as you… I submitted my application 1/31 (downloaded 2/1 by the university)

applied jan 1, accepted march 1 to LSA, waiting for Ross

still waiting as well

have they announced a date yet??

I was admitted last week for theatre by phone and my wolverineaccess was updated the next day. I think it all depends on the School within UMich you applied to, etc.

makes sense @cayleyc

I’m considering emailing my admissions officer just so there’s some contact. debating what it would be appropriate to say, since it seems awfully late to ask if my materials are in…
maybe i could inquire if it is worth it at this point to send an additional letter of rec?

My friend just got accepted as a music ed major today- I don’t think that has any bearing on when the other schools announce though.

Hm. One of my friends at school just pulled his app, saying he felt there was no chance and that he was going at low rate to Central Michigan anyways on an alumni scholarship. Frankly, I would have said he had the BEST chance, combowise (27 ACT, 3.90 GPA is probably stronger than 31 ACT, 3.65, but frankly I don’t even know anymore), but hey, it’s his choice. :(

did people get an email notifying that their decision letter is available?

did you xxfactor?

I don’t think that’s how it works, but I could be absolutely wrong. My friend got accepted into UMich in the last round and posted a screenshot of the e-mail they got on Facebook-- it directly boasted, even in the subject, that they were accepted. I have seen similar anecdotes on this thread. Based on that, it seems as though you get a big fat Congratulations e-mail straight away if it applies to you. When it’s ready, I mean. I don’t know if there is a ‘A decision has been made,’ e-mail in itself.

For those of you waiting since December, I also applied around the 12th and have only just received my acceptance packet in the mail today, however, I heard of my admission via e-mail about 2 days ago. The decisions should be rolling in anytime now. Don’t lose hope!! XD
I applied to LSA(physics) if that helps.
