University of Michigan School of Education acceptance rate

I have recently become very interested in the Higher Education M.A. program at U of M. There is no available acceptance rates on the department website, however according to US News the Acceptance rates for Masters programs in the Graduate Education department at U of M is 64%. I'm having trouble understanding how they arrived at this figure seeing as though they also say that the Applications received for master's programs is 362, with the number of entering students enrolled in master's programs at 141. Perhaps it has something to do with the figure of total number of students enrolled in master's programs at 212?

I'm not sure how to make sense of this. If anyone knows the acceptace rates for University of Michigan's Graduate Education department PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!

Any other feedback is welcomed as well.

Well they accept more people than are enrolled… so that should be taken into consideration.

from the data you gave, it would appear that:
total applied: 362
offers: 232
accepted offer: 141

so 40% who are offered admission to this school turn down their offer. a 64% acceptance rate seems pretty high so you have a good chance but so does the number of people who turn down their offers (nearly half), which might indicate program weaknesses. what’s the attrition rate like?
