University of Oregon or University of Wisconsin?

“Downtown we’ll say 2.5 hours but you better go early Sat/Sunday morning or at night.”

Of course I was referring to visiting the city and not the airport. Weekend traffic headed into the city is often horrendous, particularly at night. Chicago is not a city one can get in and out quickly.

Do check the weather in both places. Madison is wonderful, but it is the upper Midwest, so the winters are long, cold, and snowy. Not everyone tolerates that very well.

No-brainer imho! Wisconsin >>> Oregon U.

Go Badgers!! :)

Sorry folks, but there is no comparison: It’s the Ducks all the way!

OK, disclaimer: I’m a U of Oregon grad. Eugene is not in the middle of nowhere. It is a vibrant town, an hour from skiing and the beach.

So, given all that: what is your major? Are you out of state for both?

I am sorry about the UQ.
I meant to put UW.
