Before I pose my question, here are my stats because you all would like to see the numbers first:
ACT: 33 (only took once)
SATII: Lit:710 US:740
GPA: 3.73 in a super competitive high school (#1 Public High School in the state)
APs: Lang:5 APUSH:4 Senior Year: Lit, Gov, Econ
Very tough course load: Other than my APs I took as many honors as I could which is partially why my GPA isn't higher
President Culinary Club (we cook meals for the homeless shelter twice a month): 2 years
President Israeli Culture Club: 3 years
President of my school's chapter of the Jewish Student Connection (Also called Jewish Student Union): 2 years
Senior Manager (president) of the Arts and Graphics Crew for my school's theatre company: 1 year (Senior Year)
Crew Head (VP) of the Arts and Graphics Crew: 1 year (Junior Year)
Graphic Artist for school newspaper that wins numerous awards each year
Director of Cinematography for live concerts (that are broadcast on the radio and TV) every other Friday at my school
Service League of Boys: 4 Years
Served as Teacher's Assistant for a Culinary Class for 2 semesters
Worked as Counselor at Culinary Camp
Attended the National Institute for American History and Democracy PreCollegiate Program in Early American History at the College of William & Mary (3 weeks, 4 credits)
Poetry won local competition

Both of my parents went to Wharton undergrad (so I'm double legacy at UPenn) I would apply just to College of Arts and Sciences (nothing too fancy. Not getting too carried away here). I would absolutely apply ED if I were to apply

If I were to apply to Northwestern, I would apply to the School of Education and Social Policy (ED) focusing on nutrition and teaching children easy healthy recipes to cook in an attempt to curb obesity and the reliance on fast food. I think my culinary background would greatly help me.

I'm all ears to what y'all think. Thanks in advance!
