@bwalts61 according to UPenn , they say they interview the majority of the applicants, but. Not all of them . If UPenn never contacted you for an interview I don’t think it will hurt you. If they sent you emails to try and set up an interview and you never responded or weren’t able to set up one, it could possibly affect you
