Congratulations to those who have been accepted. My S just got in, and we were surprised by the generous merit package. This makes USF close to cost with UCs while also offering the benefits that come from a smaller college. It will be his choice to make, but as a parent, I think I am going to show him the many benefits of their Business School as he weighs colleges and offers.

I was just accepted as a nursing major with a University Scholar Award scholarship of $25,000 a year. Beyond blessed.

Thank you! My stats were 4.86 and 1320! But on a 4.0 scale, it would be 3.96. My SAT score was kind of low but I think my GPA/Extracurriculars/Essays made up for it! I am also an Asian female.
@futurenurse77 Thank you very much for sharing your stats. My GPA is 3.60 and ACT is 30. I really wish I could get in. But if not, probably because the GPA is too low. Congratulations again and best wishes!

Just received my acceptance packet today! I was admitted as a biology major with a scholarship of $20,000 per year through the University’s Presidential Award.

Got acceptance for USF Computer Science today! 
In case your letter hasn’t come in the mail yet Im in Vegas and it took 4 days to get here so just know they’re on their way!
Accepted as a Politics major (College of Arts and Sciences). Got into the USF Honors College. Received the University Scholar Award ($25k/year).

@blueruin44 Oh thats good! I knew it wasn’t gonna be hot like Southern California, but I knew it would be warmer than the average temperature here! Thanks for the tip on skiing! I just received my acceptance letter in the mail! I received the dons scholarship for $12,000
My daughter just received her acceptance letter today (Socal). Honors College, University Scholars award of $25,000 and invitation to apply for Getty scholarship which would award additional $5,000 per year and funding for research, internships, study abroad and immersion programs.
Brochure says need based award letters should be received in a couple weeks.
