University of San Francisco vs Texas Christian University for computer science major

(regardless of the financial factor)

Financial is important. I would say Texas Christian but is it affordable?

Which one has a better CS program if I don’t need to consider finance?

It looks like TCU has the better program IMO.

It appears as though USF’s program is somewhat less comprehensive than TCU’s although I suspect it offers a high degree of personal attention. TCU is also a very different school than USF. Very greek, more enclosed campus, and different religious values.

Considering USF is so close to all the tech firms around the Bay, do you think it would be easier to get interns and jobs studying CS in USF?

Probably in SF but TCU is in Fort Worth, not isolated by any means and rather close to TX’s tech hub, Austin.

As @whenhen says, there are plenty of jobs and intern opportunities in Texas as well.

Do you want to be in a big school spirit environment in Texas or a quieter small college in San Francisco?

Since both are religious schools of different denominations, does that matter to you and how?

Religious factors do not matter to me

Yes.
