I had applied to the university of South Carolina through the coalition app, my school counsellor had uploaded my transcript on the the coalition app and it shows that she had completed it back in November, but i have received a couple of mails by the university asking for my transcript. so i am stuck in middle where my counsellor says she has uploaded my documents and university says they have not received it. what can I do now is there another secured way i can send my transcript to the university.

P.s i am an international student, so it is not possible to physically go there and deliver the transcript.

Email the admissions office and ask them what to do.

I would think you could email them your transcript and explain the situation. My son emailed his midterm grades (think ing they might need them for scholarship purposes , which they didn’t), and he heard back from them quickly. He used the general undergrad admissions email on the website. Just make sure your name and a good description is on the email’s subject line.
