Well, I have heard good things about both universities and their business schools, and I was accepted into both but I am kind of torn which one I want to attend. Any current business students have any opinions? I'm impressed with both programs but I have no idea, is one better?

UW..........It's a state flagship and better known which may be important to you as an international.

I'd only recommend SLO for certain engineering degrees and forestry... the actually have a lumberjack team, and I think they compete with UW.

what japher said

Agree with Japher unless you're a CA resident in which I will say SLO just because of the cheap price tag and solid value in-state.

I live in SLO and I can tell you that while Cal Poly is an amazing school, a beautiful atmosphere, the business department is really impacted. That's the only reason I'm not applying there for business.

^ Hm just wondering why is it bad for it to be impacted? Like its crowded or something?
