<p>Hi! UW has been my dream school and I was wondering if I had a decent chance.

Major-Biology
Gpa: unweighted 3.4-3.5 (low I know..) Weighted 4.0
ACT: 31
All my courses that I have taken were honors/AP Courses.

AP Biology-4
AP Statistics-3
AP US History-5
AP Java-4</p>

<p>Extracurriculars
-Played on Fencing Team since freshman year.Currently ranked in top 20 in my state.
-shadowed doctor for 4 years.
-taught guitar/ukulele to disabled kids
-volunteered at suicide hotline
-President of HOSA club
-Secretary of Badminton Club</p>

<p>Your ECs could be better and the same goes for GPA, but I think you’ll be fine. Write great essays, that’s very important!</p>

<p>Impressive high school transcript!! Nice job! You have an excellent ACT score as well. Your unweighted GPA is kind if low however it shows that you were willing to sacrifice a couple of A’s to challenge yourself in college prep classes. You also have very noteworthy E.C’s but I get the feeling that you have more you forgot to put down. Always double check for more especially ones where you have demonstrated leadership. They help you stand out from the rest. Overall you sound very well rounded and I think that you’re most likely going to be admitted!!!</p>
