Do you celebrate Halloween in your country?:
If not, what country do you live in?:
Which of the following are you doing? (Trick-or-treat, going to a party/carnival, hosting a party, watching movies, giving out candy, other):
If you're trick-or-treating, is it in your neighborhood, a mall/public place, or a 'destination' neighborhood?:
What's your costume, if you're dressing up?:
Have you ever done a group costume?:

I will be celebrating Halloween with the Yale supplement essay that I have yet to begin

not ‘celebrating’ halloween b/c we’re muslim and apparently we’re not supposed to associate with halloween? idk.

I’m gonna sneak out of the house though in my ABAYA - you know that black robe/dress you see muslim women wearing? I have Quran school before that so yeah.

Trick & treating! in it to get candy! idgaf!

there aren’t any halloween parties that im aware of/invited to but say if had the opportunity to go --i would definitely dress up as Lady Gaga, a female police officer (tight clothing) or catwoman!

Im going out to get candy and im not dressing up cause its not cool. Nobody really tries to guess what you are wearing, so its kind of useless unless. Its different if your a little kid. All thats important is that you get as much candy as you can. I like tradding cause theres always stuff you get that is gross that someone else likes. Like licorish. I hate the black kind. The red kind is ok, but one of my friends really likes black licorish and just the smell makes me want to puke. It smells nasty like chemicals.

Yeah, we celebrate it in the USA

Chilling with some friends, and then ditching school the next day so we can hang out all tomorrow night♥

I’m being a [slutty] nemo (the fish)

I did a partner costume once: Tweedledum and Tweedledee from Alice in Wonderland

I’m going.

Some of my friends are too religious to “celebrate the devil”.

I have no school on Monday or Tuesday, so I’ll be chilling in the rich neighborhood next to mine where they pass out full sized everything.

I’m Minnie Mouse with the crappiest costume ever… latex gloves, a bow made out of a red sock, red shirt, polka dot shorts with black leggings. Yeah.

Last time I dressed up for Halloween was in 8th grade, and I was Napoleon Dynamite; my best friend was Pedro.

A slutty Nemo… interesting, yet effed up. How can a fish be sexy? lol

Why? Just curious. The kids in my 1st grade ESL class celebrated and they’re about half Muslim (few from Somalia, a few from Libya, two from Iraq, and one from Syria??). A few of them didn’t know what Halloween was (many have moved here in the last year and thus this would be their first Halloween) and most came in with Halloween costumes, so I assume they were celebrating! lol

^^Google image search it. It’s the cutest costume ever.
