Packaging design actually sounds really interesting - I work in tech and a lot of thought is put into packaging and manufacturing. Nautical archaeology sounds right out of that Disney movie Atlantis! And also I remember hearing about the fermentation sciences program at ASU a few years ago - I was reading an article about expanding careers in the beer and wine industries, as craft breweries and small wineries abound and more people are interested in good beers/wines, and it mentioned that program.
