UPenn

For the past year in high school I have been looking around at colleges, and the University of Pennsylvania (along with Harvard and Yale) seems the best for me in terms of my future career. I am currently a Junior but a year younger than most of my peers because I skipped a grade back in middle school. I'm not sure if this possible transcript will jeopardize my chances of admission or not...

(Senior grades are projected and most likely accurate, I'm still a Junior.)

SAT: 2230 (1530 Math and Verbal)

Are the two Bs I had in Honors Chemistry I and Honors Algebra II/Trig. going to come back to haunt me? I've done several leadership programs and internships through the JROTC and have 60+ hours of volunteering under my belt. My high school is generally accepted as the second best public school in my state.

Sorry, I know this is another one of those "Can I get In" threads, but my naturally pessimistic attitude is giving me uncertainty over this matter.

People have gotten in with a lot less. Don't panic. I took both AP Physics B and C and I had no idea B was chem-oriented.

Yes, I was told that AP Physics B was generally a broad-ranged physics course, but my teacher has a PhD in Chemistry and decided to implement chemistry into her courses at my school, sorry for the confusion.

Do you have any non-academic interests?

has anyone with a C gotten into U Penn
