Urgent question about sending score reports to colleges?

Here's the deal: I have taken the SAT twice and two SAT Subject tests. I just recently signed up for the November SAT Subject tests in two subjects, and I got 4 free score reports with that registration. But I am applying Early Action to a college, so I cannot wait until after the November test date to send all my scores. If I use the free score reports that came with my November registration, will that send the scores that I have currently, or will it wait until my scores from the November test are released?

I used my 4 free score reports from my Oct. SAT to send my pending SAT score and my 3 subject tests, but I have to wait until my scores come out before all of them are sent.

I had the exact same problem! Now I know what is going on so I will try to explain. Those free score reports you got for the November are all sent for the November test so while it says “send all”, it does not send the scores you currently have or the October scores but it waits until the November test scores are released to send them all. If you are doing ED/ED you need to use the “send additional score reports” button that is near the bottom of the screen (not the send registration score reports on the top in yellow) for the scores to be sent now.

Take it from someone who made that mistake.

Do not use the November free score reports if you’re trying to get your scores in before November.

The November free score report will wait until the November scores are released before they send ANY scores at all.

If you took the October test, you should wait until tomorrow morning to send your scores so that it will include your October scores. To do this you’ll click on send additional test scores.

I just looked up mine, it doesnt showoff either. so i guess we should wait until the scores are released

When you register for the SAT, it indicates the mere registration gives you the option to send 4 FREE scores to colleges. My son didn’t test in Oct – wasn’t feeling well. We registered for the 4 free scores AFTER he didn’t attend the Oct test. He opted to send ALL scores & the screen indicated which scores would be sent. Today I checked the site & called CB asking when would the “sent scores history” would be updated. The person on the phone advised that a disclaimer appears when you list your 4 free schools & the the disclaimer says you must sit for the test in order for “all” scores to be sent. I asked her to email me the disclaimer but she doesn’t have access. I then spoke to a supervisor & he told me there is a “caveat” on the registration screen indicating the 4 free scores are only available if you test on the specific registration date. He also couldn’t email me the “caveat”. I believe there are engaging in a deceptive practice, because free doesn’t mean free. If you don’t sit for the test b/c you’re sick, there is no refund & they charge an additional fee to register for another test and you do not get your 4 freebies for your past tests. It makes sense that no scores are sent if it’s the only test you sit for but, if you indicate send all scores & there are past scores, then they should be sent. For free as their sit indicates! Has anyone run into this problem w/ sending scores? The site permitted our request, made several days after the test date, and so today we paid the $10 to have one score sent to make it in time for an EA app.
