Well i know that toefl is required for internationals but there are not any open test centers until jan 10 in my country..what if i dont give it??will it diminish my chances(720cr,dont speak english in home only in school.)thank u very much

TOEFL is not required from internationals. It is "strongly recommended" according to Yale's homepage, and only for students "who has not received at least two years of his or her secondary education in an English-medium curriculum". You say that you speak English in school - if you are receiving all of your education in English, then you don't need to send in a TOEFL score at all.

what about princeton where they say they require it..will i have less chances if i dont submit it or they dont pay much attention to it anyway??

I'm just quoting from the Princeton undergraduate admissions homepage...

"If you attend a secondary school where English is not the primary language of instruction, and if English is not the primary language spoken in your home, you are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). To register to take the test in your country, go to TOEFL: Test of English as a Foreign Language.

We encourage applicants attending schools outside the U.S. or Canada to complete their required standardized testing by the December test date if possible (SAT Reasoning Test or ACT, and three SAT Subject Tests, and TOEFL, if applicable). In our experience, scores from the January test date for testers outside the U.S. do not always reach us in time. However, if January is the only time you can take the test, please sit for the test in January and have your scores reported to us by the testing agency."

Why don't you just look on their homepage yourself first - it takes less than a minute to get an answer to your question.
