URGENT: USC transfers need letter of rec?

My buddy told me that transfer students from California community colleges need to submit a letter of recommendation for Marshall.

I looked on the USC website and I saw that only freshman applicants are required to submit a letter of rec... transfers do not...

What about Marshall though? Do you need recs? I surely hope not because if so im SCREWED HARD :( please say it isn't true!

no. at least thats what i've read.

I've never read Marshall requiring anything in addition to the general app. But I haven't been lucking from a transfer's prospective so maybe I missed it.

hmm I do know that marshall transfers are required to submit a supplemental app...

<a href="http://www.marshall.usc.edu/emplibrary/Fall%202006%20MSB%20Supplemental%20Application.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.marshall.usc.edu/emplibrary/Fall%202006%20MSB%20Supplemental%20Application.pdf</a></p>

but since my friend told me we needed recs, i dont know what to believe

they're optional. i transferred into marshall this last fall from a ca cc with no letter of rec

how do you like it so far domino? what major at marshall?

Hey domino, would you mind telling me your stats?

moss, sc thus far has been an amazing all-around experience. ive narrowed down my concentrations to marketing or management.

jaydo, 3.8 gpa 60 units from ca cc. only activity was a part-time job 35 hrs/week

hey does anybody know if the transfer request forms must be sent in by the schools? can I send an official sealed transcript myself?

hobo, yes you can send a sealed transcript yourself. I actually recommend it.
