<p>The limit for uploading a PDF file is 500kb So they won't have enough space. Should I send the International Supp along with a copy to each college?!</p>

<p>If you have Adobe Acrobat:
save your PDFs as “reduced PDF” (under “save as” if I’m not mistaken), and it can weigh around 200kb.

<p>Just one more question: can the certificates be scanned and then turned into PDF? or does it have to be an electronic PDF file (with text)? because I really doubt my counsellor has an original official PDF file.</p>
<p>(again, if i’m not mistaken) as long as the scanned file is in good quality, once its saved as a PDF it automatically turns into what you call an electronic PDF.</p>
