<p>If that factored into your decision making you should mention it and then move on to why YOU want to go to penn and how you will benefit the penn community once you are there.</p>
<p>i wrote an entire paragraph about my visit with my dad for his reunion and his memories…</p>
<p>@OP: I think mentioning your legacy status only HELPS your case, not hurt it. Penn loves admitting strong legacy applicants, and based on your earlier profile, you are a strong candidate, no doubt!</p>
