Way to be supportive.

VanGlenn, did you read this whole thread? Apparently not.

Re: #399

Post #388 gives the progress report. Student is getting an A- or better in all of his classes at SDSU.

And A- or better in such a difficult major at such a good college (with honors) is really awesome :). Even a B would have been great, as many STEM majors don’t manage to pull that off their first semester and it’s not a bad reflection on getting a B- average for a freshman in STEM, it’s just the norm. So grades that are so clearly excellent make me happy for slimlady, slimladyson, and for SDSU who saw what raw potential slimladyson held.

Wasn’t the last update in October, prior to or perhaps after midterms? I do not see an end up the semester update.

VanGlenn…the end of the semester has not happened yet. And why do you care?

@VanGlenn
CSU’s go quite late into Dec for fall semester. The last final can sometimes be as late as Dec 23…or as we say in Calif when this happens…Christmas Eve Eve…lol

Wow, vanGlenn, you sure have a lot invested in how poorly other kids might do.

I hope the semester update is just as good as the mid-semester update, obviously. Examine your motives if you’re insinuating otherwise.

Well, based on your other thread, you seem very concerned with certain images and benchmarks involving students who are not your children and parents who are not you. That you would tag onto an old thread basically saying you don’t think this OP’s kid is up to the challenges of his college, without even reading the whole thread, says volumes.
