So how does it look?

any advices

Oh, I want to major in poltical science

You most likely will be accepted to all your top choice schools. Your test scores alone would spell almost certain rejection for a nonminority, but your status provides a major tip. Your grades seem very good, and your extracurriculars are strong as well, so I think you should definitely be looking at quite a few acceptance letters.

Your extracurriculars are solid, but your standardized test scores are pretty low for someone applying to Ivy League Universities.

Read - he's an underrepresented minority. Therefore, despite being a weaker candidate in terms of academic rigor (poorer scores in the pool, only 2 APs), he should be admitted. If you're a minority, ordinary extracurriculars become magical. Good test scores become phenomenal. A good transcript becomes stellar.
