US Attorney in New Jersey Indictment for Student Visa Fraud

<p>Maybe the feds have finally begun to take seriously this sort of violation. I think that this is the first case of its kind that U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman has initiated. I'm curious as to whether or not any elite colleges were the object of the false visa applications.</p>

<p>The press release says the Department of Homeland Security also took part in the investigation.</p>
