Well anatomy is supposed to be 25% of the exam, so you should definitely know chapters 40-50 well. However I feel like the past few exams have been really plant heavy.
Also I think you shouldn’t just read through Campbell’s once. You’re likely to forget most of what you read. take notes and use flashcards too.
@imbep49 yeah, I’ll definitely have to aim for 3-4 readings for next year. I don’t know why I said once. I’ve started on what should be my first complete reading.
Does USABO give a Top 50 award similar to “Honors” or “High Honors” for USNCO?
I have Campbell’s 4th edition. Is that way too old to study for USABO or would it be okay??
I think USABO is based on the 8th so it’s just safer to go with that. 4th is from a longggg time ago and probably has missing details, different formatting, and outdated info (especially in systematics).

They sent it out yesterday, but from what I’ve heard they may send out a few more depending on whether people can make the camp or not.
Hey, my school is new to USABO, but I really want to know what my semifinals score is. Kinda going crazy wondering about it. If anyone has any knowledge on how to get your semifinals score and what that score means against other students, I would really appreciate it.
The scores will be posted today (on the website) after 6PM
@mmedaugh13 - didn’t you register on the website? Also, your teacher should have received the scores. Once you get the score, you can compare with the scores posted here.
