USC and UCLA out of state

<p>Sorry for yet another one of these posts but, could anyone tell me what my chances of transfering from my state school to USC or UCLA are, Im a freshman right now, I have a terrible highschool record, but I heard that UC's dont look at HS records.</p>

<p>So anyone wanna guess my chances, iv been looking for the average transfer GPAs but i cant find the link to them.</p>

<p>it depends on your major. 3.5+ is safe.</p>

<p>Sorry, my major is biology, so your saying that even with my weak highschool transcript, a 3.5 in Bio would make it safe? If thats true, its good to hear.</p>

<p>USC is a private school, they usually don't base decisions on where you come from. But the two others are correct.</p>
