USC Application Status

Is there any way to check your admission status online, if so, can someone post the link here, if it does exist, I can't find it.

<a href="http://www.usc.edu/exploreusc%5B/url%5D">http://www.usc.edu/exploreusc</a></p>

I actually never had the guts to enter my info into the site, even though I already got my letter. What happens when I submit? Does it sign me up for Explore?

you have the option of signing up for exploreusc.

The site mentioned above USCexplore is not opening… is there ne change in the site?? If yes can u plzz tell me wat is the new 1???If no is there ne other way of knowing the Decision before getting the letter???

Please note the date of those posts–5 years ago! First you have to apply to USC, then you get info on how to check your status online. It seems a little early to start obsessing about receiving your admissions decision at the end of August. ;)

I have already applied to USC for 2012 spring intake…and i have an status update tht file has besn forwarded to the admission committee…and thy nly give decision thru post…bt i have heard tht thr is an alternative to knw d decision nline…

Ok, let me start with this line now (because we will ALL be reciting it throughout application season):

The application status means next to nothing. It is not an accurate measure of acceptance or rejection. I’m a USC freshman, and my status is still, “forwarded for committee review” or something like that.

There is no other way to find out about admission. As more people post “backdoor” routes on here, the routes get closed (typically, someone gets a link to a website where they find that they can register for ExploreUSC or something like that, not an actual online acceptance letter). Don’t believe anything until you receive an official admissions packet from USC.

Ohk…thnx for d explaination…:)
