Hi, I will be a freshman at USC in the Fall of 2018. I am currently an Applied and Computational Mathematics Major, but would like to double major in something related to the Cinematic Arts or Entertainment Industry. I took film throughout high school (Film IB HL in my Junior & Senior Year). I know that the Business Cinematic Arts (BCA) program is only given to entering freshman, yet would there be any possibility that I could double major with this program right now? If there is absolutely no way, do any present or past students have a suggestion as to what my second major/minor should be? (Preferably something related to the business side of the film/entertainment industry).
Start in the fall and talk to you counselor about options. Everyone goes in with these huge plans to double major with a minor or two, and they evolve/change into all kinds of plans after you get there. It is nothing that has to be decided before you walk in the door. Besides interest, your class load and ability to handle it will determine how a double major plays out.
