I have been accepted to both. Please help me decide.

If you want to work in the US outside the northeast go to USC. McGill is not well known outside the northeast USA. USC would be better in most conditions.

Well, USC is unheard of in the Northeast. I-Banks, venture capital, insurance agencies, big accounting firms-all these entities are centered in Boston and New York. Also, McGill is well known on Bay Street in Toronto, the other major stock exchange in North America.

I don't think McGill is better all around than USC, but I do think McGill is taken more seriously than USC.

I have to disagree. I live right outside of manhattan and when I told people I was accepted at USC, the reactions were all along the lines of "what an incredible school! congratulations!".. not "what's usc?" or "where's that?".

But then you have to live in NY or Boston. Blechhh. High cost. High tax. Lousy weather.
