USC Marshall School of business with a 3.45 gpa?

Hey guys I'm currently a transfer student looking into applying USC Marshall school of business. I know the average gpa of students who were admitted were around 3.7 gpa, and I unfortunately have a 3.45. However, my first few semesters I didn't do so well, and the last few semesters I have been turning it around and getting a 4.0. I have been working my butt off recently, and thankfully it's paying off. Also how do they look at W's? I have two W's, but that was primarily because of the workload and stress. One W in one of the first semesters, and the second W recently (last semester). I have many many questions, but the main questions I have are listed below.

Is it possible for me to get in with a 3.45 gpa? And do they really frown upon W's?

2.Until what date can I take classes so I can submit those classes? All the classes that I need to transfer will be finished by Spring 2015.

I have been following the following transfer articulation agreement to USC,
<a href="https://camel2.usc.edu/articagrmt/artic.aspx">https://camel2.usc.edu/articagrmt/artic.aspx</a>
Is there a different transfer agreement that I need for Marshall?

How much does an average student pay for Marshall School of Business, undergrad?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thank you everyone! :)
