USC or UCLA?

Hello, I got accepted to both USC and UCLA as a transfer student. I was wondering which school would be the best decision for me?

USC:
-I would attend for free for the school year
-Will take 1 1/2 to 2 years to graduate
-I’m commuting from home which is less than 10 minutes away one way

UCLA:
-I would attend for free plus receive about $9,000 extra grant money for the school year
-Will take 1 year to graduate
-Commuting takes 45 minutes to 1 hour one way because of heavy traffic

It seems UCLA is the better choice even though I would hate the drive, but if there is any really good reason for me to choose USC over UCLA, that would be great to know. It’s a hard decision for me. On a side note, after I graduate I plan to move out of California to a different state.
Any advice would be excellent

If you can graduate from UCLA in half the time, go there.

With that grant money and less time to graduate your choice should be clear!

How are you going to graduate from either school in under 2 years? Both schools cap transfer credits. Unless you’re taking 30 units a semester, that sounds impossible.
