It is within the common app which hasn’t opened yet for this next year. When you add USC, the supplemental questions will come up. Otherwise, you would just google this past years questions, they usually don’t change, but you never know!

The first supplement prompt WWWard mentioned is actually one of three you can choose from. The one I responded to was:
USC believes that one learns best when interacting with people of different backgrounds,
experiences and perspectives. Tell us about a time you were exposed to a new idea or
when your beliefs were challenged by another point of view.
There are also additional supplemental essays for engineering (one asking you to describe a time you worked in a group to achieve a goal and one about your favorite website and why). I imagine there might be additional supplements for other competitive majors as well.
