USC Transfer - Sophomore

Hello.
I am currently attending a California Community College who hopes to transfer in as a sophomore. I am a Communications major who has filled up most of the GEs and will have a total of 35 credits by the end of the spring semester. I am in the honors program with a 4.0 - President’s List. I also have several volunteer and internship experiences. However, I have not finished the last prerequisite for English. Will this affect my chances? How high or low are my chances?

Also, is it my understanding that I do not have to submit my SAT score if I have 30+ credits by the end of spring?

This is from the USC admission website:
“USC requires either SAT or ACT scores from: All first-year applicants and transfer applicants who have accumulated fewer than 30 transferable semester units since graduating high school.”
Assuming that your 35 credits are all transferable, you will not be required to submit standardized test scores.
