USC vs. Duke for Comp Sci?

Hi! I was lucky enough to get into Pratt Duke and USC for computer science and am looking for information about both. The entire Duke experience seems more appealing than USC, but I am worried about the location of Duke compared to USC. I’m thinking about going to Grad School for a Masters, but getting a job out of college is beginning to seem more likely. I might double major comp engineering and comp sci or transfer to Trinity to double major math and comp sci. Anybody have any information on Duke recruitment and how common it is for large tech companies to get students from Duke? I looked up some numbers on the career fair and it seems like there aren’t that many major companies that come to the fairs (maybe I was looking at the wrong ones), but any information on comp sci majors or networking at Duke would be awesome. Thanks!

Despite their locations, colleges on the East coast do pretty well.

All the top companies come to recruit @ Duke.

Go to Duke. You won’t regret it.

@MBVLoveless Thanks you! I think I was looking at a specific career fair as I didn’t see some of the larger companies that you linked me too, which had scared me for a bit.

There are tons of top tech companies that recruit at Duke and have resume drops for Duke students. A lot of the prestigious companies that come recruit don’t come to the main career fair, but hold events on campus separately on other dates, if that was confusing you.
